External Affairs

The External Affairs (EA) Department serves as the official liaison between SIA and its allied agencies. Focused on diplomacy, collaboration, and relationship-building, EA works to strengthen existing partnerships while creating new opportunities for cooperation across the Habbo community. By representing SIA with professionalism, coordinating inter-agency initiatives, and fostering meaningful connections, the department plays a key role in enhancing SIA’s reputation and ensuring lasting partnerships built on trust, respect, and shared success.

Every representative speaks for SIA. When an EA member sits down with an allied agency, they are the agency in that room — professionalism, patience, and a good word kept are the whole job.

Responsibilities

Diplomatic Relations

Build and maintain diplomatic relations with allied agencies.

Representation

Represent SIA during inter-agency events and meetings.

Joint Events

Coordinate partnerships and collaborative events.

Reputation

Strengthen SIA’s external reputation and presence.

Point of Contact

Serve as the primary point of contact for allied organisations.

Communication

Promote positive communication between SIA and external communities.
