1. Newsletter (Monthly)
Purpose: Keep members informed, engaged, and connected with all SIA updates. Frequency: Once per month.
Content structure: Agency updates, announcements, new initiatives, games & prize activities, Worker of the Month (WotM) recognition, achievement spotlights, and event recaps/promotions.
- Week 1 — Gather content and updates.
- Week 2 — Draft and design newsletter.
- Week 3 — Review and finalise content.
- Week 4 — Distribute and promote newsletter.
Tasks (+1 point each): Writing content, editing, designing layout.
2. Social Media (Ongoing)
Purpose: Maintain visibility, engagement, and community interaction.
- Content types: Announcements, game highlights, WotM features, behind-the-scenes, newsletter promotion.
- Posting: 3–5 posts per week recommended (graphics, short videos, stories).
- Tone & style: Clear, engaging, community-focused, visually consistent, not overly formal.
Tasks (+1 point each): Creating posts, scheduling content, engaging with audience.
3. Graphics (Ongoing)
Purpose: Support all marketing channels with strong and consistent visuals.
- Graphic needs: Newsletter visuals, social media posts, event promotions, WotM graphics, branding assets.
- Design guidelines: Keep branding consistent, ensure readability, adapt to platform formats.
- Workflow: Receive brief → create draft → review & feedback → finalise & export.
Tasks (+1 point each): Creating designs, updating assets, formatting for platforms.
