From designing event posters and birthday graphics to publishing monthly newsletters and managing social media updates, our team ensures every member stays connected with the latest happenings. 1. Newsletter (Monthly)

Purpose: Keep members informed, engaged, and connected with all SIA updates. Frequency: Once per month.

Content structure: Agency updates, announcements, new initiatives, games & prize activities, Worker of the Month (WotM) recognition, achievement spotlights, and event recaps/promotions.

  • Week 1 — Gather content and updates.
  • Week 2 — Draft and design newsletter.
  • Week 3 — Review and finalise content.
  • Week 4 — Distribute and promote newsletter.

Tasks: Writing content, editing, designing layout.

2. Social Media (Ongoing)

Purpose: Maintain visibility, engagement, and community interaction.

  • Content types: Announcements, game highlights, WotM features, behind-the-scenes, newsletter promotion.
  • Posting: 3–5 posts per week recommended (graphics, short videos, stories).
  • Tone & style: Clear, engaging, community-focused, visually consistent, not overly formal.

Tasks: Creating posts, scheduling content, engaging with audience.

3. Graphics (Ongoing)

Purpose: Support all marketing channels with strong and consistent visuals.

  • Graphic needs: Newsletter visuals, social media posts, event promotions, WotM graphics, branding assets.
  • Design guidelines: Keep branding consistent, ensure readability, adapt to platform formats.
  • Workflow: Receive brief → create draft → review & feedback → finalise & export.

Tasks: Creating designs, updating assets, formatting for platforms.
