Standard Pay Guide
Members earn 2 Credits (C) per hour worked. Payment is automatically tracked through the SIA Pay Duck system. Active station-filling is required to receive compensation.
Members may work flexibly, and seat timers continue tracking when leaving rooms.
Active participation is required. Remaining idle or not filling a station may result in unpaid time.
Bonus Pay Program
Bonus amounts range between 1C and 50C. Recipients are selected at random by ICs+ with no qualification requirements.
This benefit is not guaranteed and is awarded at management discretion.
Special Units Rewards
Each approved submission may earn 2–5 Portal Points. Points can be redeemed through the Point Shop or exchanged for leadership-approved rewards.
Founders handle collections and exchanges on Sundays.
ALT Account Pay Policy
- Pay Rate: 2 Hours = 1 Point.
- Maximum of 100 weekly hours, earning up to 50 Credits.
- Members may register up to 3 ALT accounts with approved badges.
- Your main account must remain in base.
- Activity must be logged in the designated Discord channels.
- Disconnections require proof to be submitted.
Failure to follow the logging requirements may result in denial of payment claims.
