Promotion procedures, logging, and warnings

Let’s begin by discussing the new privileges you have acquired by becoming a HR.
1. You can now promote hard working members WITHIN your promotion limits.
You can find the Rank List at: habbosia|com/rank-list
2. You may give out verbal warnings out to members who are breaking Code of Conduct
3. You may wear anything you like within the limited stated in the Code of Conduct
4. You may become a PA to a founder if the position is available, applications will be posted in discord.
If you need to request an LOA, head over to the SIA portal to submit the request if your going to be gone more than 14+ days

Now, let’s go over how to promote a hard working member correctly on the portal.

Hare the key points you must always remember:
1. Ensure that BOTH you and the member you're promoting have 10 mins+ of work time
2. Check on Portal if they are ready to promote.
3. If the member is eligible, stand one space behind the member and ATT them.
4. Give them their new motto containing their new rank with YOUR tag.
5. AFTER they have finished changing their motto correctly, congratulate and AE them.
6. Log the promotion AFTER they have changed their motto by clicking "Confirm".
7. If the member is entering a new division, ask them to request the division Badge.
8. Once they have requested it, you notify a Badge Admin to accept the request
9. Before completing the promotion, confirm the member has updated their Motto.
10. Ensure the promotion has also been recorded in the Portal.

Let’s talk about a few promotion guidelines you're expected to follow.
1. If you promote someone to a new division you MUST train them! Kindly ask them to request the new division badge after they have changed their motto.
2. After the promotion, ask the member if they are available for training.
If they are unavailable, advise them to visit the help desk when ready for training.
3. Look for a BA to accept it. If there's none in base, tag Badge Admin under #requests on Discord.

Lastly, let's talk about handing out Verbal Warnings
Verbal warnings are given ONLY to members who break the rules of the Code of Conduct.
Make them aware of the Code Of Conduct located here: hiahabbo|com/Code-Of-Conduct.
Remember, you cannot warn someone that holds a higher rank than you,
Contact a higher-ranking member if the situation continues.
Always screenshot your verbal warning/s. Otherwise, the log will be invalid, and may be removed.
If an employee is still disobeying the Code of Conduct and warning is not working please request an RR to come.

Congratulations! You have now passed the HR Exam and will be moving into the HR Division!
As an HR, you are now eligible to apply for Special Units (SU)!
There are a total of 5 Special Units and you are eligible to apply for the following:
Event Team, Internal Affairs, External Affairs, Market Team, And Transfer Team.
You can also go to the help desk to further inquire about Special Units.
NOTE: If you join an SU and you go inactive without an LOA - you may be removed.
