Trainer Notes
If a recruit is being disruptive or disrespectful, you may issue up to three warnings before failing them.
If a recruit goes AFK, request an RR in the #requests channel on Discord.
If a recruit disconnects and does not return within 5 minutes, log the training as a FAIL, not an INCOMPLETE.
Hello, and welcome to your official Secret Intelligence Agency training session!
I hope you're doing well. My name is [Your Name], and I will be your instructor today.
During this session, you will learn the basic commands, rules, and expectations of SIA.
Please pay close attention, as there will be a test at the end of the training.
A few important notes before we begin:
If I am moving through the material too quickly, please let me know.
Please do not walk around, talk, or perform commands while I am explaining them.
If you go AFK during the training session, you will fail and be required to retake the training.
I strongly recommend taking notes, as they may help you during the test.
You will have an opportunity to ask questions after each section.
Do you have any questions before we begin?
[Answer any questions they may have.]
Let's begin by learning the basic SIA commands.
Attention (ATT) - Stand up, face the person calling it, wave, and say: "Yes Sir! / Yes Ma'am!"
Let's practice that now to see your understanding of it.
[Call each Recruit to ATT, assuring they follow protocol and correcting if they go wrong.]
Very good! Let's move on.
At Ease (AE) - Sit back down and continue what you were doing.
Fill The Front (FTF) - Go to the front desks to recruit new members.
Fill The Back (FTB) - Move to the sofas at the back of the room. AFK is permitted in this area.
Back To Base (BTB) - Return to the SIA Headquarters.
Back To Work (BTW) - Resume your duties and continue working as normal.
Clear The Halls (CTH) - Leave the hallway and occupy an available station, including FTB.
Note: CTH may only be called by members ranked 5iC or higher.
You may not use these commands until you reach the Training division or above;
however, you are required to follow them when instructed.
Do you have any questions, or would you like me to repeat any of the commands?
[Answer any questions they may have.]
Now let's review some of the basic rules of SIA.
1. Treat all members with respect, regardless of rank, gender, orientation, or beliefs.
2. Only English may be spoken inside the base. Other languages may be used in the lobby.
3. Do not ask for or hint at promotions, pay, room rights, badge admin, or similar privileges.
4. Profanity, swearing, and inappropriate language are not permitted.
5. You may only go AFK in the designated back seating area.
Do not go AFK while at a workstation, in the café, or in the lounge.
6. You may not work for any other agency while employed by SIA (Double Jobbing).
7. Never self promote yourself to a higher rank.
8. Do not use red or yellow chat unless specifically authorized.
You should read the official Code of Conduct before working at SIA,
to become familiar with all of our rules and expectations.
The Code of Conduct can be found here: habbosia.com/code-of-conduct
Failure to follow commands or rules may result in warnings or strikes.
Employees may receive up to three warnings before being dismissed.
Improved behavior may result in warnings or strikes being removed.
Do you have any questions, or would you like me to repeat any of the rules?
[Answer any questions they may have.]
We will now begin the exam portion of this training.
I will be assessing your understanding of the commands and rules covered during this training.
Good luck!
[Say !Start to send Recruits to the Test Area.]
[If a Recruit is stuck, instruct them to check over the chat history, if still unsure, gently guide them towards the correct answer.]
[Once all Recruits have teleported back from the exam area, guide them back into the cubicle and finalise.]
You have successfully passed the Secret Intelligence Agency Recruit training course!
Congratulations! please change your motto to: [SIA] Agent Recruit [YourTag]
Finally, I will briefly explain to you how SIA pay works.
SIA operates as an automatic pay agency. Filling a station for one hour earns you 2 credits (2c).
Your time is cumulative and does not reset.
For example, if you work 30 minutes today and 30 minutes tomorrow, you'll still receive 2 credits.
You can also earn additional credits through joining SU's (Special Units).
As well as participating in multiple types of events hosted in SIA.
That concludes today's training session.
Do you have any final questions?
[Answer any remaining questions.]
Let's BTB!:)
