[Please remember to conduct all training sessions in blue chat.]
Hello, and congratulations on your promotion! I will be your training instructor today.
During this session, you will learn how to operate the Frontline Security Station (FTS).
Please do not walk around or talk while I explain the rules, procedures, and commands.
If you go AFK during this session, you will fail the training and be required to retake it.
I strongly recommend paying close attention, as there will be a practical exam at the end.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions after each section.
Any questions?
[Wait for response.]
As a Security member, your primary responsibility is to now,
prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the base.
To assist with this, SIA uses a Security Search System to verify member eligibility and status.
It is mandatory to use the Security Search System for EVERY person entering the base.
This helps prevent fired members, impersonators, and unauthorized individuals from gaining access.
Any questions regarding this?
[Wait for response.]
Now, please open your browser and navigate to: habbosia.com → Portal
Register for a Portal account if you have not already done so.
[Wait for the trainee to register and assist where needed.]
Now, enter your own username into the Security Search and tell me what result appears.
[Wait for response.]
Let's review how the Security Search works.
When you search for a user, the system will indicate whether they are:
allowed to enter the base or denied entry.
The system will provide clear guidance on how to proceed.
Do you have any questions about the Security Search?
[Answer any questions before continuing.]
We will now move on to the Security Simulator.
This simulator replicates the Security Station used within SIA Headquarters.
To begin checking the next user, use the command: " :next "
This command opens the gate and allows the next person onto the rollers.
Please try the command now.
[Allow the trainee to test the gate.]
The Security Station includes a Wired Prompt System designed to assist Security Officers.
This system provides real-time guidance based on the information displayed in the Security Search.
It will help you determine: which command to use / whether to admit or deny entry or,
any special circumstances that require attention
The primary Security commands are:
:next – Allows the next person to be checked.
:lobby – Returns a user to the lobby.
:base – Admits a user into the base.
:train – Sends a recruit to the training area.
Do you have any questions about these commands?
[Answer questions before continuing.]
When a user arrives on the rollers:
Firstly, greet them professionally.
Secondly, open their profile, ensure their profile visibility and online time are set to public.
Finally, search their username in the Security Search System.
To avoid mistakes, it is highly recommended that you copy and paste usernames directly.
This reduces the risk of typos and prevents accidentally denying legitimate members.
Occasionally, two users may become stuck on the rollers at the same time.
If this happens, politely ask one user to type: " exi.t " no dot.
This will clear the rollers and restore functionality.
Any questions before we move on?
[Wait for response and answer any questions.]
[Use Green Chat Bubble]
If the Security Search returns ALLOWED, and the user has:
The correct badge, the correct uniform and the correct motto (BUM).
You may use: " :base " to admit them into the base.
Please note: Motto abbreviations are permitted and members marked as Awaiting Badge,
may also be allowed entry when appropriate.
Always use your best judgment while following Security guidelines.
[Use Red Chat Bubble]
If a user's motto is: [SIA] Recruit you must still perform a Security Search.
Some former members may attempt to re-enter using a Recruit motto.
The Security Search will identify these cases.
If a Recruit does not have the correct: Badge / Uniform / Motto (BUM)
they should not proceed to training instead, use: " :lobby " to return them to the lobby.
Always explain the reason for the denial so the user knows what must be corrected.
Is everything understood so far?
[Wait for response.]
[Use Yellow Chat Bubble]
If a Recruit's: Badge / Uniform / Motto all match correctly (BUM) you may use: " :train "
to send them to the training area.
Please note: members from Security or Trainer divisions may request access to the training area.
After verifying them through the Security Search, you may allow them to proceed.
Is this all understood?
[Wait for response.]
[Use Blue Chat Bubble]
If a user is wearing the: SIA Special Visitor Badge / SIA VIP Badge
they should use the designated gates located in the lobby.
Use: " :lobby " to return them there.
Once the badge has been removed (if required), normal Security procedures may resume.
Do you have any questions?
[Answer any questions before continuing.]
Excellent! It is now time for your Security Assessment.
I will present a series of scenarios. Treat each scenario as a roleplay situation.
Respond exactly as you would while working at FTS,
including any commands and explanations you would provide.
Are you ready?
[Wait for response.]
[Stand on the Security Gate while presenting scenarios.]
Scenario 1
I am wearing the correct badge and uniform, and my motto says: [SIA] Recruit
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should :train you, if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 2
I am wearing the [SIA] Special Visitor badge.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should :lobby you and instruct why, if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 3
I have the correct badge and motto, but my uniform is incorrect.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should either ask you to change into the uniform or :lobby you and instruct you to seek assistance at FTF, if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 4
Everything is correct, and the Security Search shows GREEN / ALLOWED.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should welcome you back and :base you if they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 5
Everything is correct, but the Security Search returns RED / FIRED.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - They should :lobby you and let you know that they've been fired. If they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
Scenario 6
Two users are standing on the rollers and the commands are no longer functioning correctly.
What do you do?
[Trainee responds and performs actions - they should ask one of them to kindly exit. If they fail at this, guide them on where they went wrong.]
If the trainee struggles, provide guidance and allow them to correct their mistakes.
Do not fail a trainee for minor errors.
Only fail a trainee if they are intentionally trolling, refusing to participate, or pose a massive security risk to SIA.
Do you have any questions before we conclude?
[Answer any remaining questions.]
Congratulations! You have successfully completed Security Training.
Please continue practicing these procedures and remember to always use the Security Search System.
Well done, and good luck in your new role!
[Use: !base to return to the base.]
